Bailey’s Arbor Park | Woodbury, MN

Hey folks, it’s Jovannie Arzate with Twin Cities Elite Real Estate Group I just wanted to talk about Woodbury and one of our favorite spots to come and walk around. That’s actually the Bailey’s Arbor trail, you can see it there in the background. This is a seven and a half mile stretch in the Bailey’s Arbor community. This is really one of our favorite spots to come and walk our dog, or just come for a stroll, my wife and I.

A little bit more about the community, this was actually built on what used to be a Bailey’s nursery. And because of that, they kept that through the theme. You’re able to actually walk those seven and a half miles through 15 different deemed gardens all throughout the community, including a children’s garden and a lilac garden. It’s just a really beautiful spot to come and walk and just be here.

This is actually a great community and really one of the most desirable communities here to live in within Woodbury, you have actually the benefit of two pools, a playground, children’s play areas, tennis courts, basketball courts, and as well as that big seven and a half mile stretch that walks in the communities.

Another great benefit here about Bailey’s Arbor, you actually have the ability to either purchase in the community, a single family home, as well as some townhomes that you can see here in the back. It’s open to, you know, all kinds of budgets and it’s really just a great place to be a part of.
