There are four big reasons why properties don't sell in today's market. We use the acronym CAMP.

The first two are going to be condition of the property and how attractive your home is to buyers. One of the ways that we make sure your home is attractive to buyers is by sending our professional stager to your home. This helps to assure your home will show it's best in photos, which is ultimately going to get the most amount of buyers through your property.

The M stands for marketing. We do professional photos, professional videos and we go all the way down to the small details like contacting the agents who are out there that have buyers who have saved your home as a favorite, and making sure that they get them through your home. The last part of the acronym is the P for price. We make sure that we do a very detailed market analysis on your home. We want to make sure that we're sitting at the right market value.
