- The first step that we have is we want to determine what your budget is.
- Once we determine your budget, we get to shop for a loan.
- Once we shop for a loan, we’re going to shop for a home. And that’s the fun part. That’s when we get to get out and start looking at homes, find the one that you absolutely love.
- Once we find that property that you love, we’re going to make an offer for you.
- Then we order an appraisal.
- We shop for homeowners insurance,
- and then we do our final walkthrough. We sign papers and we get you moved in.
