Hi guys, this is Jace Baldwin with the Twin Cities Elite Real Estate Group. Hope everybody’s enjoying the nice weather that we’ve been having as of late. I want to talk to you today a little bit about what it takes to sell your home in today’s competitive real estate market.
The first thing I like to do is find a time that’s convenient for you and your family for me to stop by your house. Once I arrive, I’d like you to show me around your property, point out some of the things that you’ve done to the property over the course of living there, whether that be repairs or upgrades.
At that point in time, we like to sit down review numbers a little bit further. Talk about timelines that make sense for you and your family in regards to this process and set realistic expectations, as well as talk about my marketing plan for the property and show you what that looks like.
After we get done discussing some of those items, we will also take a deeper dive into home staging as well as professional photography, making sure we’re showcasing your property the best that we possibly can.
